Yeats the wanderings of oisin. Paralelamente, analizamos la influencia de los estudios magicos y cabalisticos del autor en dicho poema, dada su afiliacion a ordenes hermeticas como dublin hermetic society, the golden dawn o la sociedad teosofica durante los a\u00f1os de creacion de esta obra poetica. Inicialmente cotejamos the wanderings of oisin con los textos que constituyen sus fuentes mas directas. Seguidamente localizamos aquellos motivos e imagenes simbolicas que pertenecen a la tradicion irlandesa, y estudiamos su funcion en el poema yeatsiano.  a continuacion damos paso al analisis de las tres islas visitadas por el heroe osianico, que tienen su origen en tres modelos de isla del mas alla de los varios existentes en la literatura gaelica de viajes al otro mundo de los celtas. Mediante el aislamiento de una actividad en cada una de las islas yeats evoca las principales experiencias llevadas a cabo en sus ordenes magicas.
