Con el objeto de contribuir a la caracterizaci\u00f3n de los mecanismos de patogenicidad de este hongo necrotrofo, se llev\u00f3 a cabo un an\u00e1lisis de expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica diferencial durante la interacci\u00f3n b. Cinerea-tomate que ten\u00eda por objeto la identificaci\u00f3n de genes del hongo expresados diferencialmente in planta. Esta aproximaci\u00f3n asume que la expresi\u00f3n de un gen en unas condiciones dadas indica que el producto g\u00e9nico correspondiente desempe\u00f1a una funci\u00f3n en esas condiciones particulares. Se aislaron as\u00ed varios fragmentos de cdna derivados de genes cuya expresi\u00f3n es inducida, o resulta incrementada de manera significativa, in planta. Esta tesis aborda el estudio de dos de estos fragmentos, ddb47 y ddb2.  ddb47 deriva de un mrna de 1.4 kb que se transcribe de un gen nuclear de copia \u00fanica, bcmimp1 (b. Cinerea mitochondrial inner membrane protein 1). El an\u00e1lisis bioinform\u00e1tico y los experimentos de co-localizaci\u00f3n llevados a cabo con una prote\u00edna de fusi\u00f3n con gfp demostraron que bcmimp1 es una prote\u00edna de localizaci\u00f3n mitocondrial con funci\u00f3n estructural. La expresi\u00f3n de bcmimp1 est\u00e1 regulada. Durante el crecimiento saprof\u00edtico aumenta durante la germinaci\u00f3n y durante la emisi\u00f3n de los tubos germinativos. In planta muestra un patr\u00f3n de expresi\u00f3n transitorio, alcanzando valores m\u00e1ximos durante las fases de penetraci\u00f3n, dispersi\u00f3n y colonizaci\u00f3n del tejido infectado. Los mutantes deficientes en bcmimp1 no mostraron alteraciones durante el crecimiento saprof\u00edtico, pero se manifestaron como m\u00e1s agresivos sobre tomate, observaciones que sugieren que determinadas alteraciones estructurales de la membrana mitocondrial afectan a la funci\u00f3n mitocondrial y a la patogenicidad. ddb2 deriva del gen bctc1 (b. Cinerea transcription related cyclin 1), cuya expresi\u00f3n se detecta \u00fanicamente in planta y durante las fases tard\u00eda de la infecci\u00f3n. El an\u00e1lisis bioinform\u00e1tico de la prote\u00edna deducida permiti\u00f3 su identificaci\u00f3n como un ciclina relacionada con transcripci\u00f3n.
