Si bien, los gestores de enfermer\u00eda  identifican este beneficio de la acci\u00f3n tutorial, las enfermeras tutoras, no explicitan espont\u00e1neamente,  en sus discursos esta posibilidad. S\u00ed explicitan, no obstante, las barreras que encuentran para compatibilizar la asistencia y la docencia en el mismo horario de trabajo.
