Cuantitativamente destacan formononetina y biocanina a, que aparecen en forma libre y en forma conjugada, y, las isoflavonas homoferreirina y cicerina. Todos estos compuestos estan presentes en todos los tejidos analizados (raiz, tallo y cotiledon), asi como en los exudados radiculares. Por otra parte se ha dedicado especial atencion al estudio de la induccion por diferentes agentes de las fitoalexinas pterocarpanicas medicarpina y maackiaina, habiendose establecido que la forma reducida del glutation, la elevacion del ph y altos contenidos en sales provocan la induccion de dichas fitoalexinas, aunque tales compuestos en lugar de acumularse en el tejido vegetal son secretados al medio de incubacion. La infeccion de plantulas de garbanzo con f. Oxysporum f. Sp. Ciceris tambien induce la sintesis de medicarpina y maackiaina, que en este caso, se acumulan en los tejidos infectados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
