Para ello se han usado diferentes t\u00e9cnicas experimentales como fotoluminiscencia (pl), excitaci\u00f3n de la fotoluminiscencia (ple), correlaci\u00f3n de fotones y espectroscop\u00eda raman. En relaci\u00f3n a los anillos cu\u00e1nticos de inas, los objetivos de este trabajo son el estudio de la emisi\u00f3n de anillos individuales, sus propiedades como emisores de fotones individuales y la interacci\u00f3n luz-materia en los sistemas anillo-cavidad. En lo que respecta a las ncs de inn, la investigaci\u00f3n se ha centrado en la capa de acumulaci\u00f3n de electrones en las superficies no polares de las mismas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
