Este proyecto ha sido el primero que ha integrado los diferentes campos de ingenier\u00eda que intervienen en el dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de este tipo de sistemas funcionando en modo reversible, siendo la instalaci\u00f3n del proyecto una de las primeras instalaciones monitorizadas que funcionan tanto en calefacci\u00f3n como en refrigeraci\u00f3n. el principal objetivo de este trabajo es validar las herramientas de dise\u00f1o de los sistemas de bomba de calor acoplada al terreno, cuya eficacia depende no s\u00f3lo de la exactitud de sus c\u00e1lculos sino tambi\u00e9n de las habilidades de los dise\u00f1adores para seleccionar los modelos adecuados y sus par\u00e1metros de entrada. Para ello se ha realizado un modelo en el programa de simulaci\u00f3n trnsys de la instalaci\u00f3n geocool y se ha validado experimentalmente. la validaci\u00f3n del modelo se ha realizado mediante la comparativa de los resultados del rendimiento medio estacional obtenido en la simulaci\u00f3n con el calculado a partir de los datos experimentales. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que las predicciones de la simulaci\u00f3n se acercan con bastante precisi\u00f3n a los datos experimentales, sobre todo si el modelo incorpora aspectos del
