La mayor\u00eda de las drogas terap\u00e9uticas poseen car\u00e1cter anfif\u00edlico y por lo tanto, generalmente, la incorporaci\u00f3n de las mol\u00e9culas de droga al sistema supramolecular se produce mediante la formaci\u00f3n de agregados mixtos tensioactivo-droga. Se han desarrollado m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos basados en estas interacciones que presentan excelentes prestaciones para la determinaci\u00f3n de principios activos con muy diferente estructura molecular: antibi\u00f3ticos del grupo de los fusidanos, quinolonas y sulfonamidas, antiinflamatorios no esteroideos y tensioactivos cati\u00f3nicos usados como antis\u00e9pticos y contraceptivos, en una amplia variedad de muestras. Los adsorbentes y disolventes supramoleculares se han usado para la extracci\u00f3n\/preconcentraci\u00f3n de drogas terap\u00e9uticas a bajos niveles de concentraci\u00f3n en muestras acuosas medioambientales y alimentos, respectivamente, previa a su determinaci\u00f3n mediante cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida, y se han desarrollado m\u00e9todos para la cuantificaci\u00f3n de diferentes principios activos en f\u00e1rmacos basados en la metodolog\u00eda de grado de enlace tensioactivo-colorante, una metodolog\u00eda recientemente desarrollada por nuestro grupo de
