Las pruebas biologicas realizadas han sido digestibilidad, degradabilidad en rumen de materia seca y proteina bruta, estimandose mediante medida directa en el heno la degradabilidad teorica (midiendo la velocidad de transito digestivo con fraccion fnd marcada con yterbio). Tambien se ha medido la ingesta voluntaria.
