Estas alteraciones se producen fundamentalmente por problemas de carga f\u00edsica en el trabajo, incluyendo posturas, movimientos y otras exposiciones relacionadas con las condiciones de trabajo. La ergonom\u00eda participativa se basa en la identificaci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n del riesgo ergon\u00f3mico en los lugares de trabajo en base a herramientas y protocolos que contemplan la participaci\u00f3n directa de empresarios, t\u00e9cnicos y trabajadores para la actuaci\u00f3n preventiva. El objetivo de esta tesis es desarrollar un protocolo de actuaci\u00f3n para implementar programas de ergonom\u00eda participativa, poniendo a disposici\u00f3n de las empresas una gu\u00eda con las metodolog\u00edas, herramientas y estrategias necesarias para llevar a cabo este tipo de intervenciones. Para ello, se ha realizado una b\u00fasqueda exhaustiva de la literatura cient\u00edfica sobre los principios y experiencias en materia de ergonom\u00eda participativa. En base a dicha b\u00fasqueda, se han dise\u00f1ado las herramientas y metodolog\u00edas necesarias para poner en marcha programas de ergonom\u00eda participativa en empresas de nuestro \u00e1mbito. En la siguiente fase del proyecto se han ensayado dichas herramientas en empresas seleccionadas para evaluar su viabilidad y efectividad en la prevenci\u00f3n del riesgo ergon\u00f3mico en los lugares
