Esta investigaci\u00f3n abarca desde la s\u00edntesis de nuevos materiales electrocr\u00f3micos org\u00e1nicos hasta la preparaci\u00f3n de prototipos para su uso en ventanas inteligentes y voas.  por un lado se ha llevado a cabo la s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de nuevos materiales electrocr\u00f3micos derivados de tiofeno, pirrol y selenofeno mediante polimerizaci\u00f3n electroqu\u00edmica. Tambi\u00e9n se han sintetizado formulaciones con propiedades electrocr\u00f3micas de pedot (poli(3,4-etilendioxitiofeno)) por v\u00eda qu\u00edmica oxidativa. Este estudio se ha centrado en evaluar la influencia de diferentes factores de reacci\u00f3n sobre las propiedades finales de la formulaci\u00f3n. finalmente se han preparado dispositivos electrocr\u00f3micos basados en pol\u00edmeros conductores y viol\u00f3genos. Aquellos basados en pol\u00edmeros conductores han dado lugar a prototipos adecuados para su utilizaci\u00f3n como voas. Por otro lado, se ha desarrollado una nueva formulaci\u00f3n electrocr\u00f3mica basada en derivados de viol\u00f3genos, lo que ha permitido preparar dispositivos electrocr\u00f3micos a temperatura ambiente de hasta 10&#215;10 cm2 con buenas prestaciones en relaci\u00f3n al contraste \u00f3ptico, tiempos de conmutaci\u00f3n y ciclabilidad. Estos dispositivos pueden ser utilizados en innumerables aplicaciones como pueden ser las ventanas electrocr\u00f3micas, displays o gafas solares.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
