Las prote\u00ednas tacc tienen un papel primordial en las estructuras y procesos relacionados con las redes de microt\u00fabulos . En este estudio hemos realizado un mapaje de interacciones centrado en tacc3 y hemos identificado tsc2 y 15 prote\u00ednas m\u00e1s, como son los homo- y heterod\u00edmeros de tacc y dos prote\u00ednas (ch-tog\/ckap5 y fam161b), cuya interacci\u00f3n se encuentra conservada entre especies. Tacc3 y tsc2 co-localizan y co-purifican con componentes de la membrana nuclear y su deficiencia da lugar a alteraciones en dicha estructura. Durante la divisi\u00f3n celular, tacc3 es necesaria para la localizaci\u00f3n de fosfo-ser939-tsc2 en los polos del huso mit\u00f3tico y en el punto de divisi\u00f3n en citoquinesis. As\u00ed, c\u00e9lulas deficientes en tacc3 y tsc2 presentan un retraso en la citoquinesis y una elevada frecuencia de c\u00e9lulas binucleadas. En relaci\u00f3n a la regulaci\u00f3n del ciclo celular, tsc2 actua de manera epist\u00e1tica sobre tacc3 y, adem\u00e1s de su funci\u00f3n de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n en la v\u00eda tsc\/mtor y las asociaciones en citoquinesis, converge con el punto de regulaci\u00f3n temprano de mitosis mediado por chfr. Nuestros resultados relacionan tacc3 con nuevas funciones estructurales y de divisi\u00f3n celular por parte de tsc2, lo cual podr\u00eda proporcionar nuevas explicaciones a las manifestaciones
