En una primera parte, se estudian m\u00e9todos basados en rmn para el desarrollo de modelos para la determinaci\u00f3n de la configuraci\u00f3n absoluta de 1,2,3-trioles. Mediante el estudio de los efectos anisotr\u00f3picos presentes en los tris-mpa \u00e9steres de este tipo de sustratos se han determinado los conf\u00f3rmeros m\u00e1s relevantes desde el punto de vista de rmn, lo que ha permitido proponer un modelo de correlaci\u00f3n para asignar la estereoqu\u00edmica de 1,2,3-trioles. En una segunda parte, se han utilizado estrategias de bioconjugaci\u00f3n para la funcionalizaci\u00f3n de nanosistemas polim\u00e9ricos. As\u00ed, se ha utilizado la tecnolog\u00eda avidina\/biotina para la funcionalizaci\u00f3n de nanocapsulas basadas en quitosano-g-polietilenglicol. Adem\u00e1s, se ha desarrollado un nuevo proceso de bioconjugaci\u00f3n usando una aproximaci\u00f3n biocompatible basada en la qu\u00edmica \u00abclick\u00bb, y se ha aplicado a la
