Asuncion <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han estudiado cinco estirpes de cerdo iberico sometidas a once tipos distintos de alimentacion: seis modalidades de montanera, tres de recebo y dos de pienso.  las determinaciones de los acidos grasos y de los compuestos volatiles se han realizado mediante cromatografia de gases, usando para los volatiles inyeccion de espacio de cabeza. Tanto los acidos grasos como los compuestos volatiles permiten establecer perfiles caracteristicos que diferencien los tipos de alimentacion. No se pueden diferenciar las estirpes.
