Este trabajo se ha realizado en el instituto de \u00f3ptica daza de vald\u00e9s-io bajo la supervisi\u00f3n de la profesora de investigaci\u00f3n rosal\u00eda serna gal\u00e1n. Todas las estructuras estudiadas en esta tesis han sido producidas en el sistema de deposici\u00f3n por laser pulsado del grupo de procesado por l\u00e1ser en el instituto de \u00f3ptica. As\u00ed, el resto medidas de caracterizaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica como elipsometr\u00eda o fotoluminescencia resuelta en tiemp, tambi\u00e9n han sido realizadas en las instalaciones del grupo grupo de procesado por l\u00e1ser al cual pertenecen la tesinanda y su directora de tesis. La caracterizaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y estructural mediante t\u00e9cnicas de microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de transmisi\u00f3n se realizaron durante una breve estancia en el departamento materials science division del argonne national laboratory en chicago-illinois bajo la supervisi\u00f3n de la profesora amanda petford-long. El an\u00e1lisis composicional tuvo lugar gracias a la colaboraci\u00f3n del doctor javier garc\u00eda-l\u00f3pez del centro nacional de aceleradores-cna. Se llevaron a cabo medidas de catodoluminescencia en la universidad complutense de Madrid con la ayuda de la catedr\u00e1tica bianchi mendez y el doctor emilio nogales. El trabajo descrito en esta tesis ha sido publicado en revistas cient\u00edficas y conferencias internacionales que se citan a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
