La producci\u00f3n y emisi\u00f3n de estos compuestos est\u00e1 influenciada por variables ambientales como la luz y la temperatura. Estas variables ambientales se ver\u00e1n, pues, afectadas por el cambio global que se ha predicho para las pr\u00f3ximas d\u00e9cadas.  el objetivo de la presente tesis ha sido estudiar el efecto del cambio global, y espec\u00edficamente cambio clim\u00e1tico, calentamiento y eutrofizaci\u00f3n, sobre contenidos y emisiones de las familias de isoprenoides mono y sesquiterpenos. Adem\u00e1s, testamos esos efecto en diferentes familias y genotipos, dadas las posibles variaciones intra y interespec\u00edficas.   para lograr resolver a estas preguntas realizamos diversos experimentos, desde condiciones seminaturales hasta condiciones m\u00e1s controladas (de laboratorio), donde un mayor control de las condiciones ambientales de muestreo permite estudiar efectos de manera aislada. La identificaci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n de compuestos tanto en contenido como en emisi\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 mediante cromatograf\u00eda de gases y espectrometr\u00eda de masas.  las principales conclusiones de la presente tesis son: el calentamiento y la sequ\u00eda incrementaron tanto contenido como emisi\u00f3n de terpenos para especies almacenadoras y no almacenadoras de terpenos. Sin embargo, las respuestas de las diferentes especies a la eutrofizaci\u00f3n fueron diversas, dependiendo de la especie y de las condiciones ambientales en el momento del muestreo. Finalmente, se constataron las diferencias intra y interespec\u00edficas: diferentes especies y diferentes genotipos se comportaron de manera diferente, tanto en especies almacenadoras de terpenos
