En \u00e9stos, un experto transforma directamente o ayuda de forma sustancial a transformar a una persona o uno de sus bienes (casa, jard\u00edn, coche, etc.) En nombre del programa.  la relevancia de los realities de transformaci\u00f3n como objeto de estudio reside en dos aspectos. En primer lugar, su amplia presencia en las parrillas televisivas de los pa\u00edses occidentales. En segundo lugar, su papel en la construcci\u00f3n del imaginario social: estos programas identifican problemas sociales, econ\u00f3micos y pol\u00edticos y sus causas; representan aspiraciones y prescriben medios de consecuci\u00f3n para llegar a ellas. As\u00ed pues, bajo la apariencia de simples programas de entretenimiento transmiten modelos de vida.  el principal objetivo de esta tesis doctoral es detectar qu\u00e9 valores vehiculan estos programas. Para hacerlo se analiza una muestra formada por ocho realities de transformaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1oles: cambio radical, desnudas, esta casa era una ruina, hermano mayor, supernanny, ajuste de cuentas, operaci\u00f3n triunfo y fama \u00c2\u00a1a bailar! Se propone una aproximaci\u00f3n basada en el an\u00e1lisis sistem\u00e1tico y detallado del texto audiovisual, combinando la semi\u00f3tica narrativa y el an\u00e1lisis de la enunciaci\u00f3n. Dado que el uso de estas dos metodolog\u00edas para analizar la telerrealidad es una novedad, esta investigaci\u00f3n aborda tambi\u00e9n un segundo objetivo de tipo metodol\u00f3gico: testar su
