En este sentido, uno de los objetivos fundamentales del presente trabajo se bas\u00f3 en la escalabilidad industrial, desarrollando un m\u00e9todo alternativo de extracci\u00f3n de un complejo antig\u00e9nico de salmonella enteritidis. Este nuevo m\u00e9todo muestra ventajas a\u00f1adidas tales como incrementar el rendimiento de extracci\u00f3n y disminuir la cantidad de endotoxina, incrementando as\u00ed la proporci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas inmunog\u00e9nicas.  la inmunizaci\u00f3n  mediante vacunas subcelulares requiere la coadministraci\u00f3n de adyuvantes que potencien la respuesta inmunitaria, ya que debido a su naturaleza no replicativa, suelen ser poco inmun\u00f3genicas. Los adyuvantes m\u00e1s ampliamente empleados, las sales de aluminio, solo potencian la respuesta mediada por anticuerpos, que resulta insuficiente para la protecci\u00f3n frente a pat\u00f3genos intracelulares facultativos, como es el caso de salmonella.  estudios previos realizados por este grupo confirman que la inmunizaci\u00f3n con ant\u00edgenos encapsulados en nanopart\u00edculas de poli metil vinil \u00e9ter co anh\u00eddrido mal\u00e9ico (pmv\/ma) inducen respuestas tanto humorales como celulares. En el presente trabajo se ha demostrado que estas nanopart\u00edculas ejercen su funci\u00f3n adyuvante mediante al menos la activaci\u00f3n de receptores tlr, incrementando la expresi\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas coestimuladoras, favoreciendo la presentaci\u00f3n antig\u00e9nica y la polarizaci\u00f3n hacia respuestas th1.  adicionalmente, se han analizado en modelo murino rutas de inmunizaci\u00f3n compatibles con la vacunaci\u00f3n masiva, se ha dise\u00f1ado una formulaci\u00f3n que posibilita la administraci\u00f3n t\u00f3pica de complejos antig\u00e9nicos, y desarrollado
