De entre sus propiedades se pueden destacar su estabilidad qu\u00edmica, su alta conductividad el\u00e9ctrica, su procesabilidad en forma de pel\u00edculas delgadas, y su alta transparencia. La mejora de estas propiedades y el desarrollo de otras nuevas es decisiva de cara a mejorar su aplicabilidad en dispositivos optoelectr\u00f3nicos. En esta investigaci\u00f3n se han utilizado los l\u00edquidos i\u00f3nicos para desarrollar nuevos materiales innovadores basados en pedot y se han estudiado sus propiedades.    los ils son sales que se componen t\u00edpicamente de un cati\u00f3n org\u00e1nico, grande y voluminoso y de un ani\u00f3n que puede ser org\u00e1nico o inorg\u00e1nico. Es esta naturaleza qu\u00edmica la que da lugar a que sean l\u00edquidos a bajas temperaturas (<100\u00c2\u00bac). Otras de sus interesantes propiedades son su alta conductividad i\u00f3nica, ancha ventana electroqu\u00edmica, despreciable presi\u00f3n de vapor, alta capacidad como disolventes y alta estabilidad t\u00e9rmica.    en esta tesis se ha investigado c\u00f3mo el pedot y los ils pueden ser combinados mediante diferentes estrategias para obtener innovadores materiales que a\u00fanen las buenas
