{"id":10397,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1996\/01\/01\/crecimiento-autotrofico-y-mixotrofico-de-la-microalga-marina-porphyridium-cruentum\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"crecimiento-autotrofico-y-mixotrofico-de-la-microalga-marina-porphyridium-cruentum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/crecimiento-autotrofico-y-mixotrofico-de-la-microalga-marina-porphyridium-cruentum\/","title":{"rendered":"Crecimiento autotrofico y mixotrofico de la microalga marina porphyridium cruentum."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Bertha Olivia Arredondo Vega <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La microalga marina porphyridium cruentum tiene la capacidad de producir diferentes metabolitos como los acidos grasos poliinsaturados, como el acido araquidonico y el eicosapentaenoico, el pigmento ficoeritrina, el polisacarido sulfatado y la enzima super oxido dismutasa.  a pesar de que las microalgas son organismos autotroficos, diversos estudios han permitido afirmar que pueden crecer utilizando distintos compuestos organicos como glucosa, acetato u otros sustratos, esto es, en crecimiento mixotrofico. Se analizo la composicion bioquimica celular, la produccion del pigmento ficoeritrina del polisacarido sulfatado de porphyrirdium cuentum en un sistema semicontinuo en condiciones autotroficas y mixotroficas. La investigacion siguio una de las lineas consistente en encontrar sistemas alternativos para la utilizacion de excedentes agricolas, como es el caso de algunos cereales. La condicion autotrofica se obtuvo utilizando el medio algal y diferentes fuentes de nitrogeno (nitrato de sodio, nitrato de amonio y urea); para el cultivo mixotrofico se usaron extractos solubles de harinas de trigo, centeno y maiz. El resultado de la investigacion fue un incremento en el contenido de ficoeritrina en condiciones mixotroficas con los extractos solubles de centeno y trigo. El acido araquidonico fue el acido graso poliinsaturado predominante en ambas condiciones.
