Se emplearon los cgh-arrays para el estudio de las alteraciones gen\u00f3micas en los lezm y en un grupo de pacientes con ldcgb, ipi alto  y tratados homog\u00e9neamente con el esquema del grupo geltamo. Los lezm se han analizado y se han definido nuevas regiones gen\u00f3micas implicadas y se han relacionado los resultados obtenidos con la progresi\u00f3n de la enfermedad. En los ldcgb se han identificado factores gen\u00e9ticos que pueden ser marcadores de la agresividad de la enfermedad. Se estudiaron 68 lezm y 40 ldcgb homog\u00e9neamente tratados. Se realizaron estudios de cgh-arrays con 4 plataformas (bac-array-1mb, 3.500clones; agilent-44k; nimblegen-72k; tiling-array-358k cromosoma7 nimblegen). Los datos se confirmaron con hisf. El 84% de los lezm ten\u00edan alteraciones gen\u00f3micas. Las ganancias afectaron a 4q22.1, 1q21.3(>20%), 6q25.3, 20q13, 3q28(<20%) y las p\u00e9rdidas a 7q, 2q23.3, 17p13(>30%). El tiling-array confirm\u00f3 las p\u00e9rdidas del cromosoma 7 observadas por otras plataformas y describi\u00f3 una nueva regi\u00f3n en 7q22.1(1,51mb). Los resultados se confirmaron por hisf. En el an\u00e1lisis multivariante la edad(<=70a\u00f1os) y las p\u00e9rdidas en 17p13(tp53) mostraron relaci\u00f3n con la progresi\u00f3n(p<.05). El 95% de los ldcgb analizados con cgh-arrays mostraron alteraciones. Los cambios fueron ganancias en 11q23.3, 3p21.1 y 6p21.1(>40%) y p\u00e9rdidas en 5q21.1, 8q23.1(>20%) y 17p13(18%). El estadio avanzado de la enfermedad(p<0.05) se asoci\u00f3 con ganancias en 1p36, 1q21, 3p21, 6p21 y p\u00e9rdidas en 5q21 y las p\u00e9rdidas en 17p con el aumento de ldh. Los enfermos con edad avanzada y p\u00e9rdidas en 10q23.1 o 17p13.2 vivieron menos tiempo(p<0.03). En el an\u00e1lisis univariante se asociaron con la mala respuesta al tratamiento las ganancias en 2p16.1 y p\u00e9rdidas en 17p13.1(tp53) y en el multivariante las ganancias en 2p16.1 (rel\/bcl11a)
