Dos obras que han perdurado gracias a la fotograf\u00eda sin perder por ello su actualidad ni su pregnancia. Se plantea como posibilidad la existencia en ambas de una estatua hecha de espacio que vendr\u00eda a sustituir en la estructura de la arquitectura el predominio de presencias escult\u00f3ricas como a\u00f1adidos ornamentales de origen naturalista o de car\u00e1cter objetual. Si bien se plantea que la citada estatua concebida como organismo puramenta espacial est\u00e1 anticipada en el pabell\u00f3n alem\u00e1n de 1929, tambi\u00e9n se argumenta que con el prop\u00f3sito de que esto pueda interpretarse as\u00ed ser\u00e1 necesario, primero, cruzar la experiencia de la obra de mies con la del proyecto de monumento a batlle de oteiza y puig, para poder llegar a percibir una posibilidad de estatua cuya apariencia ha sido alterada aunque su naturaleza nos siga remitiendo a los primeros momentos donde alguien la necesit\u00f3 y una comunidad se organizo con ella. La estatua que como experimento conclusivo idea el escultor vasco en su laboratorio experimental, a la que llamar\u00e1 caja metaf\u00edsica, se constituye por masas de espacio colisionando contra los
