Se ha estudiado la reactividad de estos complejos frente al so2 en estado solido a temperatura ambiente, en estado solido a alta temperatura (estudio termogravimetrico de absorcion) y en suspension toluenica.  los aductos con so2 obtenidos por estudio termogravimetrico de absorcion han sido unicamente caracterizados por analisis elemental dado que el objetivo de este estudio ha sido solamente investigar el efecto de la temperatura sobre la capacidad de los complejos para reaccionar con so2.  los aductos con so2 obtenidos en estado solido a temperatura ambiente y en suspension toluenica han sido caracterizados por analisis elemental, espectrofotometria ir y mediante estudios de reversibilidad de la reaccion (estudio termogravimetrico de desorcion) a fin de diferenciar entre los multiples
