La parte experimental consta de cuatro grandes estudios: cinetico, termodinamico, dinamomecanico y de gelificacion. En el primero de ellos se determinan las velocidades y ordenes de reaccion, las constantes de velocidad y las energias de activacion siguiendo el modelo de horie et al. En el estudio termodinamico se corroboran los resultados obtenidos cineticamente y los parametros calculados son: variaciones de entalpia, variaciones de entropia y entalpias libres de gibbs.  en el estudio dinamomecanico se hace el calculo de las energias de activacion y tambien de los pesos moleculares de las unidades de repeticion por distintos metodos.
