Se determino posteriormente la selectividad de 4 compuestos seleccionados y la ketanserina por otros receptores:  5-ht2b, 5-ht3, muscarinicos, nicotinicos, histaminicos h1 y adrenergicos alfal y su accion sobre los canales de calcio voltaje dependientes.  se realizaron estudios de modelizacion molecular para conocer los requerimientos estructurales necesarios para presentar actividad por los receptores 5-ht2a y 5-ht2b.  se determino la actividad hipotensora de estos en ratas normotensas anestesiadas y su accion bloqueante de la respuesta hipertensiva de la 5-ht y de la na, y la implicacion del receptor 5-ht2a en la hipotension producida por estos farmacos.  se estudio el mecanismo farmacologico del efecto del qf 301 (compuesto bajo patente) in vivo e in vitro: su accion hipotensora y ademas de los estudios descritos anteriormente su accion bloqueante en receptores alfa2 y betal adrenergicos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
