La generaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales optoacoustic se basa en el confinamiento t\u00e9rmico y presi\u00f3n de la interacci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser material que causa la expansi\u00f3n termoel\u00e1stica. Estos dos sistemas emplean un esquema de referencia basado en transmisi\u00f3n de luz colimado en paralelo y bajo las mismas condiciones experimentales y que ofrece la posibilidad de un an\u00e1lisis comparativo de los resultados. el primer sistema ha sido dise\u00f1ado para cuantificar las propiedades \u00f3pticas de nanopart\u00edculas esf\u00e9ricas de oro especialmente dise\u00f1ado para absorber en la longitud de onda de emisi\u00f3n del l\u00e1ser. Los resultados experimentales presentados han sido obtenidos de un an\u00e1lisis de diferentes concentraciones de la soluci\u00f3n de nanopart\u00edculas de oro incrustados en diferentes concentraciones del medio dispersivo circundante. Comparando los resultados obtenidos con los de la medici\u00f3n de referencia se observa una buena concordancia, lo que confirma la viabilidad de la t\u00e9cnica optoacoustic como m\u00e9todo para definir cuantitativamente las propiedades \u00f3pticas de absorbentes incrustados. el segundo sistema ha sido desarrollado para determinar los perfiles espectrosc\u00f3picos determinados utilizando la t\u00e9cnica optoac\u00fastica de part\u00edculas esf\u00e9ricas y nanorods de oro dentro dentro un medio altamente dispersivo. El an\u00e1lisis de las part\u00edculas esf\u00e9ricas se ha llevado a cabo en el rango de longitudes de onda del visible, de 410 nm a 650 nm, el pico de absorci\u00f3n debido a la resonancia superficial del plasmon localizada ha sido identificado. La caracterizaci\u00f3n espectral de la soluci\u00f3n de nanopart\u00edculas de tipo nanorod de oro ha sido realizada para el rango de longitudes de onda desde el visible al infrarrojo cercano, de 410 nm a 1000 nm. Dentro de este rango se ha observado dos picos de absorci\u00f3n claramente definidos, debido a la resonancia superficial del plasmon localizada correspondientes a la anchura y la longitud de los nanorods de oro han sido identificados. Un an\u00e1lisis comparativo en tiempo real con los resultados de la medici\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea del sistema de medici\u00f3n de referencia y con un sistema de tipo espectrofot\u00f3metro
