Jose Gonzalez Castro <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se han puesto a punto una serie de metodos analiticos adecuados para la determinacion de una serie de componentes comunes en diferentes productos vegetales, aplicandose en concreto a la judia verde (phaseolus vulgaris, l.).Entre estos compuestos se encuentran: almidon, fibra, lipidos neutros, acidos grasos y aminoacidos proteinogenicos.
