{"id":104792,"date":"2010-11-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-11-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/parametros-descriptores-y-requisitos-para-la-denominacion-de-origen-protegida-mieles-de-sierra-morena\/"},"modified":"2010-11-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2010-11-11T00:00:00","slug":"parametros-descriptores-y-requisitos-para-la-denominacion-de-origen-protegida-mieles-de-sierra-morena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/botanica-general\/parametros-descriptores-y-requisitos-para-la-denominacion-de-origen-protegida-mieles-de-sierra-morena\/","title":{"rendered":"Parametros descriptores y requisitos para la denominacion de origen protegida mieles de sierra morena"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda  Inmaculada Rodriguez Delgado <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha evaluado la calidad inicial de las mieles de sierra morena de acuerdo a los criterios establecidos por la norma de calidad europea para obtener los diferentes tipos mel\u00edferos producidos en la zona de estudio a trav\u00e9s de  un perfil caracterizador compuesto por criterios melissopalinol\u00f3gicos, f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicos y sensoriales, mediante  la determinaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros incluidos en el pliego de condiciones que regir\u00e1 la futura denominaci\u00f3n de origen protegida (dop) mieles de sierra morena. Otro objetivo de este trabajo fue el estudio de la posible relaci\u00f3n entre los diferentes par\u00e1metros anal\u00edticos y su influencia en la determinaci\u00f3n de los distintos tipos bot\u00e1nicos y en base a los resultados obtenidos y mediante el uso de an\u00e1lisis de componentes principales, establecer el porcentaje de explicaci\u00f3n de los diferentes tipos por los distintos par\u00e1metros. Las muestras de miel fueron analizadas melissopalinol\u00f3gica, f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmica y sensorialmente, con el fin de poder vincular las mieles a su zona geogr\u00e1fica de producci\u00f3n. Han sido tambi\u00e9n evaluados los indicadores o criterios de la calidad que presentan aquellas, tal y como requiere la norma de calidad para la miel, de aplicaci\u00f3n en toda la uni\u00f3n europea. Finalmente se establecieron los criterios de caracterizaci\u00f3n  generales para todas las mieles de la dop sierra morena  y aquellos  criterios espec\u00edficos para cada tipo monofloral. Se determinaron los siguientes tipos monoflorales: azahar (citrus sp.), Cantueso (lavandula stoechas), eucalipto (myrtus sp.), Casta\u00f1o (castanea sativa), brezo (erica arb\u00f3rea) y viborera
