Manuel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En los estudios de los parametros inmunologicos del rodaballo despues de la vacunacion se observa que tanto el antigeno \u00abo\u00bb de v. Damsela como de p. Piscicida aumenta la capacidad fagocitica de los leucocitos de ri\u00f1on anterior con un maximo a las 48 horas despues de la inyeccion y el numero de celulas formadoras de placas hemoliticas (pfc) con un maximo a los 21 dias despues de la inyeccion. Ambos antigenos son inmunogenicamente similares. El b-glucano de levadura actua como adyuvante de la vacuna de antigeno \u00abo\u00bb de v. Damsela, potenciando los mecanismos de defensa inespecificos y la respuesta inmune especifica del rodaballo. Su efecto depende de la dosis y del tiempo de administracion. La administracion de glucano despues del antigeno incrementa mas eficazmente la respuesta inmune del rodaballo. La administracion de glucano de levadura combinado con antigeno \u00abo\u00bb de v. Damsela aumenta la proteccion de los rodaballos frente a la cepa virulenta (rg-191) de v.  damsela. Esta proteccion se relaciona con los mas altos niveles de anticuerpos detectados en el suero de los peces vacunados con glucano de levadura combinado con la bacterina de v.
