Se pretende propugnar por una ense\u00f1anza a trav\u00e9s de la reflexi\u00f3n en la acci\u00f3n. Dotar a los alumnos de una amplia gama de estrategias de aprendizaje y habilidades, que les permitan aprender a aprender significativamente, en vinculaci\u00f3n con las diferentas \u00e1reas de contenido o dominios conceptuales espec\u00edficos. La investigaci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo con dos grupos de alumnos ( experimental y control) que est\u00e1n cursando ense\u00f1anzas para obtener el t\u00edtulo de graduado escolar en secundaria en una escuela de adultos. Parte de ellos traen un historial de fracaso anterior. Los instrumentos utilizados han sido el test factor \u00abg\u00bb escala 2, el test tmms-24, el acra, el test de comprensi\u00f3n lectora y el rendimiento acad\u00e9mico. En nuestro trabajo elaboramos y aplicamos un programa pedag\u00f3gico de mejora de las estrategias de aprendizaje a lo largo de un a\u00f1o acad\u00e9mico. Logramos considerablemente la mejora de las estrategias con las que aprenden estos estudiantes. Tambi\u00e9n tuvimos \u00e9xito en la mejora del rendimiento en las distintas \u00e1reas de aprendizaje, as\u00ed como en los aspectos emocionales. Pensamos que estos resultados realizan una contribuci\u00f3n relevante al campo de estudio y demuestran la eficacia del programa para la mejora de los aspectos
