Los distintos m\u00e9todos incorporados al servidor incluyen: un procedimiento que permite conocer la simetr\u00eda inherente de una \u00f3rbita cristalogr\u00e1fica, que resulta relevante para explicar algunas extinciones sistem\u00e1ticas que ocurren cuando un \u00e1tomo pesado ocupa una \u00f3rbita no caracter\u00edstica; la implementaci\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo de simetr\u00eda local que  obtiene la simetr\u00eda de los estados globales de un cristal inducidos por los estados localizados. Tambi\u00e9n se ha desarrollado una herramienta que permite la comparaci\u00f3n cuantitativa de estructuras casi id\u00e9nticas teniendo en cuenta las diferentes descripciones equivalentes que puedan tener.  amplimodes es el programa m\u00e1s importante desarrollado en este trabajo. Es una herramienta que permite el estudio de las transiciones de fase estructurales displacivas, descomponiendo la distorsi\u00f3n estructural producida durante la transici\u00f3n en contribuciones de los modos de simetr\u00eda activos en la transici\u00f3n.
