Estos compuestos se han caracterizado mediante las t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis elemental, espectroscopia de absorci\u00f3n infrarroja, espectroscopia de absorci\u00f3n ultravioleta-visible, espectroscopia de resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear y, en el caso de pztz y dphpztz, difracci\u00f3n de rayos x de monocristal.  asimismo, se ha llevado a cabo la s\u00edntesis de 23 fases s\u00f3lidas cristalinas resultantes de la reacci\u00f3n de cada uno de los ligandos anteriormente mencionados con los iones divalentes de los metales del bloque d co, ni, cu, zn y cd en forma de cloruros y de nitratos.
