<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n que se recoge en esta memoria se ha realizado un estudio de las reacciones de alfa-amidoalquilaci\u00f3n intermolecular orientado a la s\u00edntesis asim\u00e9trica de sistemas azabic\u00edclicos, tales como indolizidinas, pirroloazepinas y azaespiranos  por otra parte, se ha aplicado la reacci\u00f3n de adici\u00f3n conjugada sobre la unidad de lactama alfa,beta-insaturada de dihidropirroloisoquinolinas activadas por un grupo 2-exo-hidroxi-10-bornilsulfinilo, lo que ha permitido poner a punto la s\u00edntesis estereoselectiva de tetrahidropirroloisoquinolinas enantiopuras.  as\u00ed mismo, se ha investigado las reacciones de alfa-amidoalquilaci\u00f3n en versi\u00f3n organocatal\u00edtica mediante el empleo de \u00e1cidos fosf\u00f3ricos quirales para la s\u00edntesis enantioselectiva de tetrahidropirroloisoquinolinas.  por otro lado, se ha llevado a cabo una investigaci\u00f3n orientada, manteniendo colaboraciones con la industria qu\u00edmica, realizando un estudio comparativo de diferentes tipos de reacciones de aminaci\u00f3n con el fin de sintetizar derivados 2-aminoimidaz\u00f3licos mediante formaci\u00f3n de
