La determinaci\u00f3n de radionucleidos de vida larga en orina humana, en concreto is\u00f3topos de pu, np, u y am, se efect\u00faa habitualmente combinando t\u00e9cnicas de separaci\u00f3n radioqu\u00edmica, electrodeposici\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis mediante espectrometr\u00eda alfa.  La investigaci\u00f3n ha sido enf ocada la viabilidad de la aplicaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas de espectrometr\u00eda de masas, en particular icp-sfms y ams, en la cuantificaci\u00f3n de 239pu en orina humana y su empleo en dosimetr\u00eda. Asimismo, se han comparado los resultados de estas investigaciones con  los obtenidos aplicando los m\u00e9todos convencionales  basados en la espectrometr\u00eda alfa (l\u00edmites de detecci\u00f3n ?Lod-, actividades minima detectable -amd-, tiempos de ejecuci\u00f3n, incertidumbre asociada a las medidas, etc.). Los avances obtenidos en esta tesis doctoral, presentan un gran inter\u00e9s en el campo de la dos\u00edmetria interna, ya que han permitido mejorar notablemente la sensibilidad anal\u00edtica (lod, amd) de la determinaci\u00f3n de pu en orina cuando se comparan con la espectrometr\u00eda alfa, as\u00ed como la rapidez del an\u00e1lisis. Los trabajos incluyen una serie de mejoras que se introdujeron progresivamente para conseguir una preparaci\u00f3n eficaz de la muestra, m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida que los m\u00e9todos preparativos
