Este proceso est\u00e1 caracterizado por la represi\u00f3n transcripcional de la e-cadherina. El factor de transcripci\u00f3n snail1 es el encargado de llevar a cabo esta represi\u00f3n y la activaci\u00f3n de genes mesenquimales tales como lef1 y zeb2. En esta tesis se analizan como se lleva a cabo esta regulaci\u00f3n. hemos detectado diversos transcritos antisentido naturales (nats) capaces de regular la expresi\u00f3n de zeb2 y lef1. En la tesis se demuestra como el nat de zeb2 es capaz de alterar el patr\u00f3n de splicing del mrna de zeb2, hecho que regula su traducci\u00f3n debido a un ires presente en el primer intr\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n demostramos como el nat de lef1 es capaz de reprimir transcripcionalmente lef 1 dirigiendo  pcr2 al promotor de lef1 en c\u00e9lula epiteliales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
