Los motivos que llevaron a esta elecci\u00f3n fueron tres: el primero, que estas artistas establecieron una relaci\u00f3n muy especial, interesante a la hora de comprobar si, de alg\u00fan modo, la amistad entre componentes femeninos del grupo surrealista fue una respuesta a la hegemon\u00eda masculina. En segundo t\u00e9rmino, ambas artistas trabajaron tanto desde la pintura como desde la literatura. Por \u00faltimo, la obra de remedios varo y de leonora carrington permit\u00eda tratar uno de los recursos presentes en todo el imaginario surreal: el empleo del s\u00edmbolo. no podemos pasar por alto que es su significativa relaci\u00f3n con el mundo, con el surrealismo y, entre s\u00ed, lo que conformar\u00e1 su esp\u00edritu y su obra. Una obra que bebe de la m\u00e1gica fuente de la imaginaci\u00f3n. La paciente pincelada de ambas es el veh\u00edculo que nos acercar\u00e1 a sus intereses, y los colores que utilizan, terrosos en ocasiones y vivos en otros, nos devuelven, cada vez que ellas quieren, a un mundo de misterios que se nos desvelan en la significaci\u00f3n de los t\u00edtulos. remedios y leonora nos muestran la vivacidad, la fuerza de la magia, de la alquimia, de las leyendas. Ambas mujeres nos acercan a lo mejor del arte, a ese hilo invisible, inenarrable, que facilita la comunicaci\u00f3n del artista con el espectador o la espectadora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
