Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La presente tesis doctoral, se encuentra estructurada en dos partes relacionadas entre si. En la primera parte, se presenta una revision de la literatura especializada, respecto a los diversos nucleos tematicos, objeto de analisis: ansiedad, procesos cognitivos, contextos bilingues; ofreciendose una coordinacion de los mismos, al incorporar nuevas aportaciones sobre los mismos. En la segunda parte, se aborda la evaluacion empirica de la ansiedad, y procesos cognitivos en contextos bilingues.  se parte de una muestra integrada por 292 sujetos (monolingues, bilingues y semilingues), a los que se les administran diversas pruebas psicologicas (itpa, ici, idaren, mpc-r y stcd). Los datos son analizados mediante analisis de correlaciones, de varianza, discriminate, factorial y cluster.  . Debido a la complejidad de la investigacion, los analisis se realizan a traves de tres estudios secuenciales, cuyo desarrollo se lleva a cabo a traves de sucesivas etapas. En el primer estudio se determina la influencia de las variables estructurales en la modulacion de los niveles de ansiedad (sexo, edad, nacionalidad). Se precisa asi mismo, la influencia e incidencia de la ansiedad y de la curiosidad en los procesos cognitivos (psicolinguisticos, de inteligencia no verbal y flexibilidad cognitiva). En el segundo estudio, se determina la incidencia del \u00abuso linguistico\u00bb(monolinguismo, bilinguismo y semilinguismo), en los niveles de ansiedad y curiosidad.
