Comenzamos analizando los efectos que ejerce h-ras regulando de manera positiva o negativa numerosos genes. Mediante la t\u00e9cnica de microarrays comprobamos que el n\u00famero total de genes regulados var\u00eda enormemente seg\u00fan la localizaci\u00f3n subcelular desde la que se\u00f1alizara h-ras. El mayor n\u00famero de genes se regula desde membrana desordenada, mientras que desde balsas lip\u00eddicas no se controla espec\u00edficamente ning\u00fan gen.  \tpor otro lado quisimos conocer la localizaci\u00f3n de h-ras end\u00f3geno en la membrana plasm\u00e1tica bajo diferentes condiciones de crecimiento y\/o l\u00edneas celulares. Mediante t\u00e9cnicas de separaci\u00f3n de los microdominios que componen la membrana plasm\u00e1tica conseguimos ubicar a h-ras en membrana desordenada o balsas lip\u00eddicas y seguir su movimiento. Para estos estudios se emplearon an\u00e1lisis por fraccionamientos de gradientes de sacarosa con los que separamos membrana plasm\u00e1tica de diferentes densidades o distinta solubilidad, as\u00ed como microscop\u00eda confocal de doble marcaje. Dando un paso m\u00e1s en este estudio comprobamos si la presencia de h-ras en un dominio u otro de la membrana plasm\u00e1tica depend\u00eda de su grado de palmitilaci\u00f3n y esto se traduc\u00eda en la activaci\u00f3n diferencial de unos efectores frente a otros y un efecto biol\u00f3gico cambiante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
