{"id":10582,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1996\/01\/01\/estudio-ecologico-sanitario-de-la-ria-de-ares-betanzos\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-ecologico-sanitario-de-la-ria-de-ares-betanzos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/estudio-ecologico-sanitario-de-la-ria-de-ares-betanzos\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio ecologico-sanitario de la ria de ares-betanzos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Sueiro Benavides Rosa Ana <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo, se presentan los resultados y conclusiones derivadas del estudio cuantitativo y cualitativo, de la distribucion espacio-temporal de la contaminacion bacteriologica en la ria de ares-betanzos, asi como el analisis de la actividad mutagenica de las muestras recogidas en la misma.Los resultados demostraron la presencia en las muestras de agua y sedimento de una contaminacion fecal relativamente constante a lo largo del a\u00f1o. No obstante, cuando se identificaron las cepas aisladas, se pudo comprobar que la proporcion relativa de los miembros de las diferentes poblaciones bacterianas fluctuaron en funcion de la epoca del a\u00f1o y el nivel de profundidad. El analisis de los datos obtenidos tras someter los aislados a un test de sensibilidad a agentes antibacterianos, indico que una elevada proporcion de cepas fue multirresistente (77% de coliformes, 97% de bacterias heterotrofas marinas y 100% de estreptocos fecales).
