Las estrategias sint\u00e9ticas utilizadas est\u00e1n basadas en nuestra experiencia en la b\u00fasqueda de nuevas estructuras con actividad neurol\u00e9ptica derivadas del farmac\u00f3foro butirofen\u00f3nico presente en el haloperidol, que ser\u00e1n aplicadas a la preparaci\u00f3n de benzofuranos como nuevos cabezas de serie y a la obtenci\u00f3n de nuevos compuestos para la validaci\u00f3n de las hip\u00f3tesis multirreceptoriales y moleculares que tratan de explicar la patofisiolog\u00eda de la esquizofrenia. Como continuaci\u00f3n y dentro del programa de b\u00fasqueda de nuevos agentes antipsic\u00f3ticos es tambi\u00e9n nuestra intenci\u00f3n farmacomodular la mol\u00e9cula de la piquindona, un antipsic\u00f3tico de potencia similar al haloperidol, mediante la inclusi\u00f3n de nuevos sistemas heteroc\u00edclicos is\u00f3steros al pirrol de la piquindona, con el fin de explorar las rutas sint\u00e9ticas que nos permitan acceder a tales derivados y estudiar el perfil antipsic\u00f3tico de los nuevos compuestos ensayados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
