Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las legislaciones nacionales e internacionales exigen el control de los clorofenoles en muestras acuosas a niveles inferiores a 0,5   \/1, valores dificiles de alcanzar con los metodos oficiales, siendo necesario recurrir a procesos de preconcentracion. En esta memoria se han optimizado protocolos de adsorcion fase solida de los fenoles en dos tipos de adsorbentes: octadecilsiloxano y carbon grafitizado. Para la determinacion de los mismos, se han estudiado diversas tecnicas analiticas:  1.- Gc-fid: los cromatogramas que se obtienen son muy complejos y de dificil interpretacion. Ademas se produce una rapida degradacion de las columnas, lo que da lugar a picos con grandes colas y perdida de sensibilidad.  2.- Gc-aed: se ha realizado un estudio de los clorofenoles monitorizando la linea de emision del cloro, linea altamente selectiva que permite una buena seguridad en la identificacion de los derivados fenolicos tanto en su forma libre como derivatizados en forma de clorofenolacetatos.  3.- Gc-ms-ms: esta tecnica presenta una extraordinaria sensibilidad y selectividad permitiendo el analisis directo de los diversos fenoles a niveles de ppt sin preconcentrar la muestra, incluso en presencia de otros isomeros posicionales. Resultando ser una tecnica totalmente idonea para la determinacion de los fenoles.  4.- Ec: se logra la separacion electroforetica de 9 fenoles en un tiempo de 12 min.
