Ello implica que tiene gran potencial farmacol\u00f3gico, pero que no se puede poner en uso debido a su baja selectividad.   con la finalidad de aumentar la selectividad del mt2, compuesto que tomamos como referencia, se ha sintetizado una quimioteca de pseudop\u00e9ptidos derivados de \u00e9ste, mediante substituci\u00f3n de algunos amino\u00e1cidos por pseudodip\u00e9ptidos de conformaci\u00f3n restringida con estructura bien de 3-aminolactama, bien de diazanorbornano.  en primer lugar se estudi\u00f3 la validez de este planteamiento comprobando, con c\u00e1lculos de modelizaci\u00f3n molecular, cu\u00e1les eran las modificaciones estructurales que induc\u00edamos en estos y-melanotanos, seg\u00fan la regi\u00f3n en que introduc\u00edamos el pseudodip\u00e9ptido r\u00edgido.   posteriormente se sintetizaron una serie de an\u00e1logos dipept\u00eddicos de conformaci\u00f3n restringida con el fin de introducirlos en las mol\u00e9cula derivadas del mt2 y as\u00ed aumentar la selectividad por alguno de los receptores de melanocortina.  finalmente, con los sintones pseudopept\u00eddicos en mano, se  sintetiz\u00f3 una colecci\u00f3n de pseudo-melanotanos, que se caracterizaron con detalle, y de los cu\u00e1les se estudiaron las propiedades estructurales por resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear, vi\u00e9ndose que en alg\u00fan caso la estructura secundaria es parecida al modelo, pero en otros casos queda fuertemente restringida, lo que podr\u00eda incrementar la selectividad por uno u otro receptor, cumpli\u00e9ndose as\u00ed el objetivo de la presente
