Adem\u00e1s, se investig\u00f3 el papel de mvp y de genes de reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o radio-inducido en relaci\u00f3n con la hipoxia tumoral y la angiog\u00e9nesis, as\u00ed como el papel predictivo de mvp e igf-1r en la respuesta cl\u00ednica a la radio-quimioterapia en pacientes afectos de carcinoma cervical con distintos grados, histolog\u00edas y estadios.  con los resultados obtenidos se concluy\u00f3 que la hipoxia inhibe la reparaci\u00f3n no hom\u00f3loga del adn a trav\u00e9s de la disminuci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de ku70\/80, combinado con un aumento de la angiog\u00e9nesis y la inducci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de p53 alterada, aumentando as\u00ed la inestabilidad gen\u00f3mica. Adem\u00e1s, se demostr\u00f3 que la hipoxia, en combinaci\u00f3n con altos niveles de expresi\u00f3n de mvp, puede estar relacionada con el desarrollo de nuevas v\u00edas de quimio-resistencia y que la combinaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de mvp\/igf-1r puede ser importante para predecir la respuesta cl\u00ednica en pacientes con carcinoma cervical.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
