Por lo tanto, existe un gran inter\u00e9s en el desarrollo de t\u00e9cnicas anal\u00edticas potentes para el estudio de las interacciones lectina-carbohidrato. En este trabajo, se describen dos aproximaciones complementarias mediante las cuales se pueden caracterizar las interacciones lectinas-az\u00facar con gran sensibilidad, poca utilizaci\u00f3n de muestra y sin la necesitad de ning\u00fan marcaje. En la t\u00e9cnica basada en resonancia de plasm\u00f3n superficial (spr), el az\u00facar es inmovilizado sobre una superficie a trav\u00e9s de un m\u00f3dulo pept\u00eddico, lo cual permite (1) capturar la lectina, (2) caracterizar su interacci\u00f3n mediante par\u00e1metros cin\u00e9ticos y termodin\u00e1micos y (3) identificar posteriormente la prote\u00edna mediante espectrometr\u00eda de masas. Complementariamente, la t\u00e9cnica credex-ms, basada en la excisi\u00f3n proteol\u00edtica del complejo prote\u00edna-az\u00facar y posterior an\u00e1lisis por espectrometr\u00eda de masas, nos
