A pesar de ello, los modelos contables, que parten principalmente de la econom\u00eda y administraci\u00f3n de empresas, no muestran un gran inter\u00e9s hacia los aspectos psicol\u00f3gicos y psicosociales del capital humano.    nuestro principal objetivo es conceptualizar los activos intangibles incluidos en el capital humano interno a partir del constructo calidad de los procesos y recursos humanos  el instrumento human system audit (auditor\u00eda del sistema humano) fue administrado a una muestra de 1401 empleados del sector sanitario en cuatro pa\u00edses europeos (espa\u00f1a, portugal, reino unido y polonia). La mayor\u00eda de dimensiones importantes del comportamiento humano en las organizaciones en el nivel individual (motivaci\u00f3n, compromiso, identificaci\u00f3n, estr\u00e9s, burnout y satisfacci\u00f3n) y en el nivel organizativo (clima, participaci\u00f3n, direcci\u00f3n, liderazgo y visi\u00f3n compartida) fueron incluidas. Un an\u00e1lisis factorial exploratorio con parcelizaci\u00f3n de \u00edtems fue aplicado en la muestra espa\u00f1ola. Las muestras de polonia, portugal y reino unido fueron usadas para el an\u00e1lisis factorial confirmatorio.  el an\u00e1lisis factorial exploratorio identific\u00f3 dos factores que explicaron el 61.27% de la variancia: (1) relaci\u00f3n persona-organizaci\u00f3n (rpo) (variancia explicada = 50.34%), (2) relaci\u00f3n persona-trabajo (rpt) (variancia explicada = 10.92%). El an\u00e1lisis factorial confirmatorio apoy\u00f3 la estabilidad transnacional del modelo propuesto.  la estructura bidimensional obtenida se asemeja a los modelos de ajuste  persona-entorno (kristof-marr\u00f3n, zimmerman y johnson, 2005; piasentina y chapman, 2006) dentro de la teor\u00eda interaccionista del comportamiento (chatman, 1989; lewin, 1951; muchinsky y monahan, 1987).
