{"id":106222,"date":"2011-10-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-10-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/modelos-de-deposito-de-energa%c2%ada-a-nivel-molecular\/"},"modified":"2011-10-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2011-10-01T00:00:00","slug":"modelos-de-deposito-de-energa%c2%ada-a-nivel-molecular","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/modelos-de-deposito-de-energa%c2%ada-a-nivel-molecular\/","title":{"rendered":"Modelos de dep\u00f3sito de energia a nivel molecular"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Antonio Mu\u00f1oz Roldan <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se describe un modelo para la simulaci\u00f3n de las interacciones de electrones de baja energ\u00eda (10-10000 ev) con varios tipos de mol\u00e9culas de inter\u00e9s biol\u00f3gico que est\u00e1 basado en las probabilidades de interacci\u00f3n (secciones eficaces) y l as funciones de distribuci\u00f3n de probabilidad asociadas al balance energ\u00e9tico (espectros de p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda).  las secciones eficaces diferenciales e integrales de dispersi\u00f3n se han calculado mediante un potencial \u00f3ptico de interacci\u00f3n junto con un a representaci\u00f3n de las mol\u00e9culas basada en el modelo de \u00e1tomos independientes. Se han introducido importantes mejoras relacionadas con correcciones relativistas, efectos debidos a interacciones m\u00faltiples, consideraciones de velocidad local y correcc iones por apantallamiento que tienen en cuenta el solapamiento de los \u00e1tomos constituyentes de la mol\u00e9cula en aras de la exactitud y aplicabilidad del m\u00e9todo a una gran variedad de blancos moleculares.  la exactitud de estos c\u00e1lculos se ha contrastad o mediante la comparaci\u00f3n con datos experimentales de secciones eficaces totales de dispersi\u00f3n de electrones que hemos medido con una t\u00e9cnica de transmisi\u00f3n de haces de electrones, con errores dentro de un margen del 5 . De forma simult\u00e1nea se han o btenido secciones eficaces de ionizaci\u00f3n en los casos en que ha sido necesario. Las funciones de distribuci\u00f3n de probabilidad asociadas al balance energ\u00e9tico se han obtenido promediando los espectros de p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda para electrones en funci\u00f3n d e la energ\u00eda incidente y el \u00e1ngulo de dispersi\u00f3n.  finalmente, hemos desarrollado un c\u00f3digo de simulaci\u00f3n que utiliza como par\u00e1metros de entrada las secciones eficaces calculadas y las funciones de distribuci\u00f3n de p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda derivadas de los datos  experimentales.
