Una correcta caracterizaci\u00f3n de dichas fluctuaciones en las aberraciones permite, por ejemplo, evaluar los posibles errores de precisi\u00f3n que se generan al hacer medidas estacionarias, o estimar la correlaci\u00f3n entre diferentes mecanismos involucrados en la visi\u00f3n, o conocer los requerimientos computacionales y de hardware necesarios para manipular las aberraciones usando sistemas de \u00f3ptica adaptativa en tiempo real.   teniendo en mente la importancia de las caracter\u00edsticas din\u00e1micas del ojo, en esta tesis doctoral se han planteado una serie de experimentos que permiten el estudio de algunas de estas propiedades din\u00e1micas, para proporcionar nueva informaci\u00f3n sobre el funcionamiento del sistema visual.  Para llevar a cabo dichos experimentos, se han dise\u00f1ado y construido tres instrumentos de medida, basados todos en el concepto del sensor de hartmann-shack, pero cada uno con caracter\u00edsticas particulares, que permiten abordar condiciones espec\u00edficas que puedan afectar la din\u00e1mica del ojo. el primer instrumento es un sensor de hartmann-shack de alta resoluci\u00f3n temporal, con el que se pueden obtener medidas a 200hz, que pueden verse afectadas por el denominado ruido speckle, por lo que tambi\u00e9n se exploran nuevas soluciones que permitan la reducci\u00f3n de dicho ruido.  Este instrumento en concreto se utiliza para el estudio de los posibles efectos que tiene el cambio en la l\u00ednea de mirada (o la torsi\u00f3n del ojo) sobre las aberraciones.  Otro experimento abordado en esta tesis, analiza las potenciales diferencias que se puede generar sobre las medidas de aberraciones, cuando los sujetos observan con visi\u00f3n monocular o binocular, para lo cual se ha empleado un dise\u00f1o de sensor de hartmann-shack de campo amplio.  Para concluir, se hace uso de un sensor de hartmann-shack con iluminaci\u00f3n invisible, para responder a la pregunta de si en el ojo existe una longitud de onda &quot;preferida&quot; para enfocar est\u00edmulos policrom\u00e1ticos, lo cual confirmar\u00eda una de las posibles relaciones entre la aberraci\u00f3n crom\u00e1tica longitudinal del ojo humano y el mecanismo din\u00e1mico de acomodaci\u00f3n. abstract one of the ocular aberrations characteristics is its fluctuating behaviour, that generates both slow and rapid changes, which are linked to the own physiology of the eye, or to its regular mechanism of performance. A correct characterization of those fluctuations in the aberrations allows, for instance, to evaluate possible errors of accuracy that are generated when stationary measurements are performed, or to estimate the correlation between different mechanisms involved in vision, or to get knowledge about the computational and hardware requirements needed to manipulate the aberrations when adaptive optics systems are used in real time.  keeping in mind the importance of the dynamics characteristics of the eye, in this doctoral thesis a number of experiments were addressed to study some of these dynamic properties, in order to provide new information about the visual system performance. To carry out these experiments, three different set-ups were designed and implemented, all of them based on the hartmann-shack sensor principle, but with particular characteristics each, what allows to address specific conditions that might affect the ocular dynamics.    the former set-up is a hartmann-shack sensor of high temporal resolution, with which it is possible to perform measurements at 200 hz that might be affected by speckle noise, so that new solutions to reduce this type of noise were also explored. In particular, this instrument is used to study the possible effects arising from changes in the line of sight (or the torsion of the eye) on the aberrations. Another experiment implemented in this doctoral project, analyzes the potential differences that might be generated on the aberrations measurements when the subjects are under monocular or binocular vision, for which a wide field hartmann-shack sensor was designed.
