etnograf\u00eda se realiza en la comarca del campo de gibraltar, en el llamado distrito de atenci\u00f3n primaria del campo de gibraltar, mediante la convivencia con los enfermeros  denominados de enlace o (actualmente) gestores de casos, nuestra investigaci\u00f3n va a ser una etnograf\u00eda, donde vamos a convivir con los enfermeros de enlace, con los enfermos y su grupo  dom\u00e9stico en las interacciones que se producen, teniendo en cuenta  que el significado del mundo social es construido y reconstruido continuamente por sus actores, nuestro objetivo es conocer la voz emic y como ya hemos mencionado los valores, creencias y conocimientos que inciden en esas relaciones; para ello no s\u00f3lo observaremos sino que analizaremos, en ciertos aspectos, el discurso de los enfermeros, en nuestras conversaciones con ellos y en las interacciones con los enfermos y\/o cuidadores. hemos adoptado como marco te\u00f3rico el paradigma constructivista que mantiene una posici\u00f3n relativista de la realidad social, realidad que se construye, de tal forma que hay un movimiento continuo es decir no hay una realidad \u00fanica y tangible; es evidente que voy a partir de un subjetivismo interactivo, porque investigador e investigados interaccionan, y fruto de esta interacci\u00f3n con la realidad social se produce el conocimiento;  y voy a utilizar una metodolog\u00eda descriptiva e interpretativa, basada en la comparaci\u00f3n y la contrastaci\u00f3n. la etnograf\u00eda una vez concluida, no ha dejado algunos resultados inesperados por ejemplo sobre la formaci\u00f3n de estos enfermeros especialistas en la valoraci\u00f3n de casos; el conocimiento de la metodolog\u00eda de trabajo que aplican; la despersonalizaci\u00f3n (y muerte social) de las
