Demostramos formalmente que el receptor cd300e funciona como un receptor activador, capaz de regular la respuesta inmune innata mediante la activaci\u00f3n de diferentes funciones proinflamatorias incluyendo la movilizaci\u00f3n de calcio intracelular, la producci\u00f3n del ani\u00f3n super\u00f3xido, la secreci\u00f3n de citocinas proinflamatorias y la inducci\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas coestimuladoras en c\u00e9lulas mieloides. Tambien describimos que la activaci\u00f3n del receptor cd300e en la superficie de los monocitos provoca su diferenciaci\u00f3n hacia macr\u00f3fagos funcionales del tipo m2 gracias a un mecanismo
