La investigaci\u00f3n se cimenta en estudios precedentes sobre lenguas minorizadas y sobre subtitulado, dos condicionantes que favorecer\u00edan a priori el acercamiento a la cultura origen. A ello hemos a\u00f1adido un tercero: la presencia de una marca de autor reconocible en la obra, que convierte la forma del discurso en un elemento identificador del original y hace de \u00e9l un indicador cultural en s\u00ed mismo. A trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis emp\u00edrico de un corpus formado por trece largometrajes de pedro almod\u00f3var a lo largo de m\u00e1s de dos d\u00e9cadas (1983-2006), trataremos de dar validez a la hip\u00f3tesis seg\u00fan la cual el estilo transgresor y pol\u00e9mico del director espa\u00f1ol condiciona las expectativas del receptor, es uno de los principales reclamos de su cine en polonia y justifica el esfuerzo de fidelidad de la versi\u00f3n meta, lo que implica una mayor indulgencia con las marcas de variaci\u00f3n ling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edstica en general y con los vulgarismos  y el
