Tambi\u00e9n se ha demostrado que el compromiso de la organizaci\u00f3n con la rsc es la respuesta de la misma a los requerimientos de sus grupos de inter\u00e9s, pero a la vez, es una consecuencia de la concepci\u00f3n sobre el t\u00f3pico que posee el directivo de la organizaci\u00f3n y de la percepci\u00f3n de los diferentes determinantes. Resultados que nos indican que los verdaderos condicionantes para avanzar con la estrategia de responsabilidad social tienen su origen fundamentalmente en la propia organizaci\u00f3n, siendo determinantes los factores tama\u00f1o, conocimiento de la rsc y presi\u00f3n de los grupos de inter\u00e9s, no siendo tan determinantes la ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica o el sector de
